Maria Malik is a recruiter and staffing specialist based in Vienna. Her brand, Jobvermittlerin, launched in early 2024, making her business less than a year old when we started working together.

When Maria approached me, she already had a strong brand identity and brand story in place. What she needed was an optimized website and a social media strategy to scale her business effectively.

Originally, she had built her website on Helloly. However, this platform had significant limitations—it couldn’t integrate with essential digital marketing tools, making automation and scaling nearly impossible. Additionally, as Maria wasn’t a web development expert, her old website lacked structure, had ineffective copy, and contained non-functional elements.

A FRESH START

We decided to start from scratch and migrate everything to my system. Within a month, we built a brand-new website using WordPress and Divi, giving it a sleek, professional, on-brand design with engaging graphics and animations.

Beyond the visuals, we optimized the website copy by weaving in Maria’s brand story and directly addressing her clients’ pain points—ensuring it truly resonated with her audience. We streamlined the text and structure to align with the customer journey, making navigation seamless. Lastly, we refined the calls-to-action (CTAs) to increase conversions.

BUILDING SYSTEMS FOR GROWTH

To help Maria capture leads, automate follow-ups, and maximize sales, we integrated a suite of powerful tools:

  • ProvenExpert – Showcasing testimonials to build trust and credibility.
  • Calendly – Automating and simplifying the booking process.
  • ActiveCampaign – Implementing email funnels for client conversion.

During our Instagram Growth Strategy Intensive, we:

  • Optimized her profile for conversions.
  • Created a content bank with a year’s worth of client-focused post ideas.
  • Researched viral content in her niche to increase engagement.
  • Improved her messaging, video editing, and lighting setup.

After launching her new Instagram strategy, Maria went viral on the first day, racking up 800K+ views. She also doubled her following. and her average reel views skyrocketed from 500–800 to 1,500–1,800.
